| If you haven't heard Nvidia has developed a kit that works with your graphics card that enables you to play your PC games and watch movies in 3D. I got to play with the Nvidia 3d vision on my last Lanwar outing back in June 2009 via the BFG booth. I got a TON of time to fool around with it (being that it was 3 AM in the mourning) and played games such as Left 4 Dead, Call of Duty: World at war (Nazi zombies), burnout paridise, Mirrors edge and Crysis. I have to say it was pretty sweet. Anyone who knows me knows I hate left 4 dead, but I was hooked when playing it in 3D. I ended up playing it for over two hours literally jumping out of my seat each time a hunter came flying at me. The Nvidia 3D vision is not cheap. The 3D kit alone is $200 and you need a compatable monitor (120 Hz), video card and PC running either Windows Vista or Windows 7. Definitely something to watch for in the ever evolving world of PC gaming. | |

| I played Burnout paradise with this at microcenter, and was really impressed. I usually see 3d as a gimmick, but when used in the right way, it could do wonderful things for us. Now if only they could get rid of the glasses... | |

| I've never actually used any 3D gaming technology, but I'm not a huge fan of 3D movies. | |

| Honestly, I don't think it's something I would ever pay for, but if someone handed me a 40 inch tv with 3d, I wouldn't turn it down. | |

| The funny thing is this first came out on the market in 2008 and now that every company is CRAZY about the transition to full 3D I can only imagine how things will be in two years because the Nvidia 3D vision is BADASS | |

| I think it's gonna be a lot like the HD push. No one will get it for a while, then in a few years. 3d will become the standard, and to watch tv, we'll need a 3d converter box. | |
