Tentative JUNE-PWN schedule

Here is a tentative schedule of the events at JUNE-PWN:

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Set up. This time is set aside for all attendees to have time to arrive to the event and set up all their respective equipment as well as download any games that we will be playing at the event.

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Free play. All attendees will have this time to “mingle” with one another and play any games they may choose.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament. The tournament will start with a quick players meeting in which players will be assigned bracket placement.

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Dinner. At this time pizza will be brought in.

8:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Warsow tournament. The tournament will start with quick players meeting in which players will be assigned bracket placement.

11:00 PM – 12:00 AM – Boffer. We will start with a quick explanation/demo and then will have a king of the hill style free play.

Sunday June 20, 2010

12:00 AM – 1:00 AM – Boffer tournament. The tournament will be 1v1 using basic swords.

2:00 AM – 3:00 AM – Doom 2 free play. We will have a quick meeting to make sure everyone has the game properly set up and then be creating servers for people to play on.

3:00 AM – 5:00 AM – Free play.

5:00 AM – 7:00 AM – Start of movie. We will also be playing board games. This time will also be reserved for anyone who may want to take a nap.

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM – Breakfast break. This time is reserved for anyone who whishes to leave the venue to get breakfast.

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Classic gaming tournaments. There will be many tournaments in the classic gaming corner featuring games like Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Pong

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Counter Strike Source tournament. The tournament will start with a quick players meeting in which teams will be assigned bracket placement.

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Free play / Lunch. This time is reserved for anyone who would like to leave the venue to get lunch.

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – X-Box 360 Modern Warfare 2 2v2 tournament. The tournament will start with a quick players meeting in which team will be assigned bracket placement.

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Raffle

9:00 PM – 12:00 PM – Free play / tear down. This time is reserved for attendees to finish final games and to gather up all their equipment and prepare to leave the event.
